End User License Agreements (EULA)

Xcitex software products are not sold; rather, copies of Xcitex software products such as MiDAS, MiDAS Player, ProAnalyst, ProAnalyst Viewer, and TempCal are licensed all the way through the distribution channel to the end user.

Often, we are asked to supply a copy of our End User License Agreement for review by a legal department.

You can download a copy of the product license in Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) by clicking the link below. Xcitex's EULA is in English. You will need to download a copy of the Adobe Reader® software, if it is not already installed on your computer, to view and print the license agreement.
